Details about the activities in which the company was involved in the last years

1. Starting with 1 January 2002 we became members of „Petroleum Club” Association, non guvernamental and non profit association which brings togheter important companies from oil and gas industry , such as : SNP PETROM, BUTAN GAS, GRIVCO, ENERGY SHELL ROMANIA, HONEYWELL ROMANIA, ENERIA, ROMPETROL, WASHINGTON GROUP, etc
As a member of this association , we participated in all events dedicated to subjects of major interests in the field of energy development, oil and gas exploitation and distribution .
Here are some of them : 1st Oil &Gas and Energy Conference” , 22-23 Novembre 2001, -World Trade Center, “Oil &Gas Exploration- Are there Real Hydrocarbons in Romania?”-workshop, 23 October 2002-Bucharest Grand Marrriot,“National Energy Policy-Realistic Solutions to Real problems”-19 March 2002,,Marriot Grand Hotel, the launch of ’ Kalvacha Gas –distribution network of GPL ” on the Romanian market.

2.The permanent involvment in the organization and delivery of seminars and courses
Starting with the fall 2002, togheter with various different organization ( Romanian School of Business, Romanian Association for Electronic Commerce , Romanian Chamber of Commerce, Romanian Association for Energy Politics, The Student Organization „Volunteers for Ideas and Projects”) we initiated a series of courses and seminars as trainers .
Since May 2002, part of our team have acted as lecturers at Romanian Business School, delivering courses for real estate agents and human resources supervisors.
Cooperation with Romanian Business School also implies specific consultancy as well as participation in carrying out educational projects, based on organizing refresher courses.
The reason behind this partnership is our permanent interest in bussines education, because the courses and development policy of this organization are focused on management education.Permanent education for bussines in modern terms anf high competency is a constant preocupation of our company policy.
On the begining of 2004, the lawyers of “Dragan & Associates”presented on the Economy Engineering Cathedra from Politehnichal School of Bucharest, the course “Legal aspects regarding the business management".

3. The selection of our team by the Bank Assets Recovery Agency (A.V.A.B.)
On 2nd August 2002 we were selected by A.V.A.B. to participate as consultants in legal assistance or representation under the process of recovering banking assets.
This has been done through the successfuly carrying out of legal representation activities before of the Courts.
We also participated on the events organized in collaboration with the former AVAB :

4. Specific consultancy in the legal framework of fiscal policy under the direct co-ordination of National Control Authority (ANC) regarding the drafting the law of tax evasion and fiscal fraud .
- We attended on the seminar «The Program for the strengthing of the capacities of Romanian bodies involved in the struggling against the money laundering, the financing the terorism and organised crime » issued by the National Offce of Prevent and struggling against money laundering, The Economy and Finance Ministry and Ufficio Italiano dei cambi din Italia - 16 December 2003

5. Participation in the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Fair
On November 2002 we participated in SME Fair with an aim to develop a close relation with SME companies.
As the SME sector has constantly develop, services for them represent one of the actual directions for our company.

6. Contacts with other associations and organization
We develop a partnership relation with Romanian Association on E Commerce ,a cooperation which has as main objectives the promotion of e-commerce,the setting up and developing programs to raise the antrepreneurs’interest in e-commerce.That’s why, we participate on the seminars and debates organized by ARCE, which aim at the ethics behind using this new technology.
In november 2002 we held a seminar on the legal framework e-commerce as part of SME Fair Events.
We underline the constantly participation on the specific events:

7. The young lawyers of our team are involved in the activities issued by the Association for the Development of the Business Women ( ADAF) and the Association FAPTE

8. Starting with January 2003, Mihaela Dragan, as managing partner, became an individual member of Romanian Association for Energy Politics (A.P.E.R.),since January 2004 she is member of the Board Directors .
The constant participation at various workshops brings in valuable insight on the development of Romanian energy sector. (see seminars)

9. We also joined Romanian Portuguese Businessmen Council, non profit and non guvernamental organization, which proposes to bring togheter the potential Portuguese investors and Romanian or foreigns( Romania based companies) and knowing the Romanian business environment and legal framework .

10. In november 2003 we participated, as founding member, in the establishment of the Romanian Spanish Chamber of Commerce .
We joined our Spanish clients, as potentials investors, to the Spanish-Romanian Investment Forum on June 2003, Hilton Hotel –Bucharest.

11. We attended on the differents events(courses, seminars, conferences) which have as the main goal the implementation of communitar acquis :
